News and wolves on snow

Hi guys,

how are you? I am trying to be a little bit more active here, so I hope some of you feel pleased to see new portion of animal photos. More will come, especially dolphins but do not be afraid, there will be also wolves, foxes and big cats which are probably the main reason why you watch me

As for me, I do not deny I am going through some very sad and hard time. I am able to cope with it now, which is a great progress. I am very grateful for this tiny inner power I found. My friend Kajula is incredibly strong help and this is something I admire and appreciate. Thank you so much, Kája!

To say something positive: I receive more and more difficult and responsible work at job, so I can grow in my profession. I am trying to be more active and creative, to fight for and defend my opinions, ideas and attitude. It works quite good for me and I hope my bosses feel it the same way. I love my job, it is a solid ground in my life

I spent my vacation in Croatia and was lucky to see a wild red fox and wild dolphins! It was funny because sometime you get a proof that all things happen for a reason. We used Croatian highway many times without any problem, but this time my dad made a mistake and chose the wrong direction so instead of Split, we were heading for Rijeka. We used the first exit to get back, but when we turned and were about to get to highway again (just in opposite direction), my parents screamed "there is a rat over there!" I just opened my eyes (it was night and I was sleepy) with some intuition. There was an animal running in front of our car - small and skinny one. It looked like a jackal or a corsac fox. Then it crossed the road, stood up and gave us a half-scared, half-curious look - it was a very young fox with beautiful face and round intelligent eyes! yes, it was very skinny, but I believe it is normal as it was obviously this year's kit in very short summer fur. I am also not very nervous about its highway trip - it was after midnight and we were the only car around, so I trust the baby got away safe

We saw dolphins the last day of our vacation when I was already giving up hope to spot them. The only thing that made me mad was that 1 hour before they appeared I took my mom for a boat trip and we were sailing at the same place, trying to find those amazing sea mammals. We could have been sooo close to them! but one can not have everything, right? The next day we saw them again - right in the middle of main Split's harbour. Yes, in that muddy filthy smelly water full of human shit and oil from ships I will never understand those animals! But next time I am in Croatia I will try to find them even in the smallest puddle as I would never expect to see them in waters of Split marina. Haha, nice.






And this weekend we enjoyed treking in Beskydy (part of Karpaty), probably the only region in the Czech Republic where all three big predators (wolves, lynxes, brown bears) appear together. We did not see any of course, but it was a fantastic time with my family, good food, fun and starting Autumn. I love Fall season. It was even slightly snowing when we got to the highest point of our trek!
