I've reported twice. Not really telling who but they were some random people posting some inappropriate stuff too overly bad on dA.

I've never reported an art theft before. But I will if I ever see any.

how can you find so many of them?

I check popular animal photos in last 8/24 hours and I rarely seem some people posting for example some famous wallpaper as their deviation...

you must know many artist to recognize stolen pictures!
