At first, I want to apologize - because of my final exams, I could not answer notes, so finally I got 15 of them! All of them should be already answered, sorry for late replies. My brain was not able to work few days before and then also after graduation exams :)  it should be ok now.

Also: sometime I might miss some of your comment's questions, sorry :( If you want to be 99,9% sure to get a reply from me, send me a note, please :D I always do my best to answer every single note. Very rarely, it can happen that I read some note minutes before leaving the flat, so I forget to answer it, but I think it is really VERY rare ;) so once again - I love to answer questions, but if you want to be 99,9% sure to gain an answer, ask via note, please :D thank you!

At second - wohoo :XD: after pretty long time, my photo was reposted here on dA. It was not a big deal - I stayed calm and just told the person to remove the shot. She did remove it - but funny thing came, she posted a big hysterical journal about how she was blamed although she was completely innocent :XD: haha, thieves can be really funny.
By the way, they really come in waves, do not they? :O_o: right now, there are so many of them... :/

At third - wanting to lose 7 kilos in 4 weeks, is probably a bad idea, right? :/ I need to lose a lot of weight to be able to apply for a good job, but I do not think I will be able to look good for job-interview. Oh, my bad. But today I was a good girl, I had fresh, healthy breakfast with vegetable, yoghurt with two spoons of müsli as a snack, little cup of soup and rise, chicken meat and loooooot of vegetable for lunch and brocoli for another snack. I exercised and I am going to ride a bike after I post this.
Aaaaaaand... I started to take some pills :XD: not any "eat this tablet and you will lose fat", of course. I do not believe such miracle solutions. But my uncle eats some tablets with PSYLLIUM (… - you need to drink a lot if you eat it, the tablet then gots BIIIG in your stomach, it cleans it and you feel full :XD: let's see what happens, the only change I see is that I got hiccups  :laughing:

At fourth - I moved my "shoutbox" to my main page, because thanks to change of dA system, it is not near journals anymore, so nobody writes there. And I love shoutbox :laughing: and I suggested three more deviations for DD, you can check the suggestions if you sroll down here: :heart: but to me, admins seem to have totally different taste, so I do not know know if my DD suggesting has any sense :(

Ooooh I love those shorebirds! What are they called? They look so FLUFFY, like puffballs on stilts (of course, baby killdeer look even more like puffballs on stilts)

I honestly don't think just riding a bike is going to help you lose any weight. You need to actually move around instead of riding around still. That's like only working your leg muscles instead.

it still helps a lot, I do not use the most... mhm, which English word fits that...
The bike has 8 leves of load (?), and I use just 4 and 5, so it still helps to lose fat :nod:

I definitely got slimmer and I would say a lot (Today I checked trousers I bought only some weeks ago and they are so big now!), I just did not lose many kilos :D but I definitely started to form figure, which is still a good step :nod:

I just need to work harder :D

I'm going to start doing push ups and sit ups and you should try. My friend, who is pretty built, says to do something like;
If you start on Monday then you're schedule would be like this;
And so on and do like sets; First - 10 push ups, Second - 10 sit ups, and just go back and forth until you're tired and keep doing it like that.

unfortunately, I have very weak arms and I can not do a single push up :( and to make it worse, the only exercise my doctor does not allow me to do is sit up (because of leg injury) *facepalm* :(

But I do Crunch (100 a day for belly + something for lower part of belly), I do some exercise for legs (50 + 50 + 50 for each leg a day) and I use dumb-bell to lose fat on my arms (50 for every arm a day, as they are really weak :().

I usually exercise for two day, then I have one day off :nod:

Well, that's pretty good. I might do crunches but I think it takes a nice amount of effort b/c they're hard or something.

Sometimes it's difficult to lose weight quick, so it's best to do it gradually. That was my mistake haha now I'm just gonna take my time with it and not be upset if I don't lose anything/only lose a tiny bit every time i weigh myself :) Hope everything goes well for you :)

2000 calories a day will keep your weight as is. Cutting back to 1650 a day means you are losing by 350 a day. A pound of fat is 3500 calories so at 350 a day you lose one pound in 10 days. That is a good pace. Don't over push or you will end up unhealthy.

Take it slow, girl! As someone who is no stranger to weight loss, I will vouch that when it comes off slowly, it stays off. If you take it off quickly, it will come back quickly--with some extra kilos!
