Puppies of Arctic wolf (Canis lupus arctos, vlk arkticky) from ZOO Brno, Czech republic
Story of the photo: People, I was seriously worried this year, as ZOO usually announces birth of baby wolves at the end of April. But no news about pups have been annonced this year yet, so I started to be afraid that Atila somehow failed this year. Incredible ;D and also impossible, because when I visited the ZOO yesterday, I spotted (thanks to other people, to be honest) few small fluffy balls! puppies were born and they seemed to be ok - they are tiny and so young, that they have troubles with walking! whole pack is so active now, running through the exhibit even in warm day or guarding the burrow, lying next to it I know that quality of this image is HORRIBLE, but I have never photographerd so young wolf puppies before and their faces and poses are so adorable, so I need to share this pups were some 20-30 metres from me in a dark space under the trees...
