Believe me. Although ZOO Dvur Kralove keeps leopards, cheetahs, fennec foxes, bat-eared foxes, lions, tigers, hyennas, jackals, African painted dogs and much more amazing big animals, I always get stuck in a pavilion, where you can see electric blue gecko. The male's color is simply incredible...

Name: William's Dwarf Gecko (Lygodactylus williamsi)
Location: only in Kimboza Forest in Tanzania
Size: 5,6 – 8 cm long body weight: 2 grams
Diet: Ants and tiny insects
Conservation status: endangered for massive deforestation
Interesting facts: males have this amazing blue color, while brown color makes the female almost invisible | both sexes have orange bellies | female lais two eggs | it lives on the tall trees | the species was discovered in 1952 | this gecko is active during day
