INFO ABOUT THE ANIMAL:

Name: Pallas's Cat (Otocolobus manul)
Location: Asia: from Caspian sea to Mongolia
Size: 60 cm long body and 30 cm long tail weight: 3,4 – 5 Kg
Diet: pikas, rodents, birds
Conservation status: Near Threatened
Interesting facts: robust body, short legs, long whiskers and very long thick fur are typical for manuls | Pallas’s cats are nocturnal predators | Manuls can be found on deserts, steppe climate and mountains between heights of 1,000 and 4,000 metres | mother gives birth to 2-6 kittens. They are independent after only two months! | they were hunted for their fur, which is illegal now. But people poison pikas, who are considered a pest – manuls then eat poisoned pikas and die

This shot is so Hilarious, and full of words that can be described as unique, interesting, and just down right different. The cats pose was caught at a moment that does make it look like an irritated or just awestruck moment. You captured a unique shot from a truly unique wild cat. Personally here on DeviantArt there are only a few shots of these cats and this is the one that shows the most emotion. You do have a way with capturing extremely detailed and just mesmerizing photos. This piece though goes in the top comical looks page in my book. ^_^
